      Exploring New Business, Elnusa Holds Forum Group Discussion
           Pipeline Inspection & Cleaning Maintenance Activity
Jakarta, March 4 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi which is part of the Pertamina
Upstream Subholding, continues to be adaptive in developing and innovating to support the company's future growth. This is reflected in
the Group Discussion forum which is in line with the Government's encouragement through SKK Migas to increase the national capacity of
the upstream oil and gas supporting industry in optimizing the use of domestic products and TKDN achievements in the scope of services
in the upstream oil and gas sector. This FGD was held at the Ballroon Courtyard Hotel Bandung, on 22-23 February 2024.

Also present at the event were representatives from the Director General of Oil and Gas, SKK Migas, PT Pertamina Gas, PT Pertamina Hulu
Indonesia, PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ, ILI-System, MEM, PT Pertamina Hulu
Energy Jambi Merang , and all Elnusa management in the EPC OM operations function. This meeting activity was opened with remarks
from Nanang Suhendra as Project Execution Operation and Maintenance Manager Elnusa, a second speech by Maruly Tampubolon as
representative of the Director General of Oil and Gas, and continued with remarks by Dedih Durahman as representative of Pertamina
Upstream Subholding.

Elnusa is developing domestic technology for pipe cleaning and inspection, known as the Pigging process. Pigging is the process of launching
an object called a PIG (Pipeline Inspector Gauge) which functions to clean and inspect a pipe system. Good pipeline network conditions are
very important to support the success of oil and gas production and distribution so that pigging activities are one of the biggest routines in
Key Activity Operational & Maintenance at every KKKS, including at Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM).

Elnusa always improves the quality of both products and services in every Pigging activity, one of which is by creating and developing the
supporting products used. Pig Foam, as the basic material used in the Pig Cleaning or pipe cleaning process, is the first material developed
in Elnusa's warehouse with the assistance of monitoring and review from PHM so that the product developed is in accordance with the
needs of PHM in particular, and all Pertamina Subsidiaries in general.

Elnusa Operations Director Endro Hartanto said, "through the implementation of both Pig Cleaning and Intelligence developments and
Elnusa's participation in each of these Pigging activities, this is clear evidence of Elnusa's competence and capability as an adaptive Energy
Services Company in supporting technological developments," said Endro.

Endro added, "We hope that this development can encourage efforts to increase oil and gas production that has high quality and National
Capacity levels. "Elnusa is committed to taking a role and providing full support in realizing the target of increasing national oil production
to 1 million barrels per day (BOPD) and natural gas to 12 billion standard cubic feet per day (MMscfd) in 2030," concluded Endro.
