Pengunduran diri Bapak Sugito Walujo akan
dipertimbangkan oleh pemegang saham pada
RUPST 2026.

the Financial Services Authority Regulation
No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding the Board of
Directors and the Board of Commissioners of
Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby
inform you that on 24 April 2026, the
Company has received a notice of resignation
from Mr Sugito Walujo as a Commissioner of
the Company with effect from the conclusion
of the forthcoming annual general! meeting of
shareholders of the Company scheduled for
19 May 2026 (the "2026 AGMS").

The resignation of Mr Sugito Walujo will be
considered by the shareholders at the 2026
AGMS.

Thus, we conclude this notification. We thank
