                                                     ***

Jakarta, 27 April 2026 – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), a member of the Pelindo
Group and a provider of pilotage and towage services, has released its financial results for the period
ended 31 March 2026. In the first quarter of 2026, IPCM recorded positive performance, with net
profit increasing by 3.03% to Rp45.57 billion compared to Rp44.24 billion in the corresponding period
last year. The main contributor to IPCM’s revenue was vessel services, which generated Rp334.51
billion, accounting for 96.34% of total revenue. Meanwhile, revenue from transportation services and
other services reached Rp12.71 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 11.12%.

Revenue from vessel services amounted to Rp334.51 billion, comprising Rp155.73 billion from public
ports, Rp114.11 billion from Special Terminals (Terminal Khusus/Tersus), and Rp64.68 billion from
Terminals for Own Interest (Terminal Untuk Kepentingan Sendiri/TUKS). During the period, revenue
from the public port and TUKS segments grew by 2.50% and 5.14% year-on-year, respectively. This
performance growth was also accompanied by an increase in total assets of 4.39%, rising from Rp1.71
trillion at the end of 2025 to Rp1.79 trillion in the first quarter of 2026.

Amid heightened geopolitical tensions, IPCM continued to post solid cash flows, particularly from
operating activities, which increased by 36.29% to Rp102.10 billion compared to Rp74.91 billion in
the same period last year.

IPCM also successfully implemented efficiency programs, as reflected in a significant reduction in
operating expenses, including both operating costs and general and administrative expenses. These
efficiency measures demonstrate the Company’s commitment to maintaining profitability amid external
challenges, while strengthening its financial foundation to support sustainable growth strategies.

IPCM President Director, Shanti Puruhita, stated, “Amid global economic challenges, IPCM remains
optimistic about enhancing its performance in 2026 by maintaining strong business fundamentals,
strengthening collaboration with partners, optimizing fleet and crew utilization, and prioritizing safety
to ensure customer satisfaction..”

At the beginning of 2026, IPCM further strengthened its partnership with PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk
through the extension of pilotage and tugging service cooperation at the Bayah Special Terminal,
Banten. In addition, IPCM expanded its maritime services in South Sumatra by collaborating with
several strategic partners, including shipping companies and cargo owners, to provide Ship-to-Ship
(STS) services in the Class I Compulsory Pilotage Waters at the Outer Bar of the Musi River,

Palembang, South Sumatra Province. This collaboration supports the smooth flow of national logistics
through safe, efficient, and professional maritime services. These strategic initiatives further reinforce
IPCM’s role in supporting Indonesia’s maritime ecosystem.

Throughout the first quarter of 2026, IPCM also recorded another achievement by winning the “3rd
Best Corporate Business Innovation” award at the BUMN Awards 2026. This award serves as
recognition of the various business innovations continuously developed by IPCM to support
improvements in corporate performance and strengthen competitiveness in the maritime services
industry. This achievement also reflects IPCM’s commitment to delivering innovations that create
added value for stakeholders while consistently enhancing operational reliability and service quality.
