Arabia Limited - Cabang Oman (“MAL”), anak-
anak perusahaan yang sahamnya dimiliki secara
tidak langsung oleh Perseroan /

which are subsidiaries indirectly owned by the

Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190, Indonesia MEDCOENERGI Perjanjian Perbantuan ini terkait kerjasama penugasan tenaga kerja yang terpilih oleh MEG (sebagai Home Company) untuk diperbantukan pada MAL dan Medco LLC (keduanya merupakan Host Company), dimana MAL dan Medco LLC memerlukan tenaga kerja tersebut untuk melaksanakan tugas secara penuh waktu serta membantu kelancaran operasional proyek-proyek kegiatan usaha MAL dan Medco LLC serta perusahaan afiliasinya. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Perjanjian Perbantuan ini akan terus berlaku hingga tidak ada tenaga kerja yang bekerja atau diusulkan untuk diperbantukan pada MAL dan Medco LLC, kecuali diakhiri oleh salah satu Pihak karena suatu sebab yang material dengan pemberitahuan tertulis sebelumnya. The Secondment Agreements relate to the provision of personnel secondment arrangements, whereby MEG (as the Home Company) assigns selected personnel to MAL and Medco LLC (collectively, the Host Companies). MAL and Medco LLC reguire such personnel to perform their duties on a full-time basis and to support the smooth operation of MAL and Medco LLC's business projects | activities and its affiliated companies. These Secondment Agreements shall remain in force and effect until there are no personnel employed by or seconded to MAL and Medco LLC, unless earlier terminated by either Party fora material reason upon prior written notice.
