In accordance with the provisions of Article 6 letter (p) of the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or
Public Companies in conjunction with Article 52 of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 45 of
2024 concerning the Development and Strengthening of Issuers and Public Companies, the Company
hereby submits information regarding the filing of a Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU)
petition against the Company registered with the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court,
as follows:
1. Date of Event : Monday, August 10, 2026
2. Type of Information : Filing of a PKPU Petition with the Company as the
Respondent
3. Description of Information : A case has been filed with the Commercial Court of the
Central Jakarta District Court under case number
247/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2026 PN Niaga Jkt.Pst, with PT
Pratama Widya Tbk as the Petitioner.
The Company will first verify the amount and basis of the
claim before providing an official response in the
appropriate legal forum.
