1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya
informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan
Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik?

Tanggapan:
Perseroan sampai dengan tanggal
penyampaian tanggapan ini tidak

mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta
material yang wajib diungkapkan kepada
publik sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK
No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan
atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik yang secara langsung
mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal.

Perseroan senantiasa melakukan pemantauan
atas kegiatan usaha dan memastikan
pemenuhan kewajiban keterbukaan informasi
sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Sampai saat ini,
tidak terdapat informasi material yang belum
disampaikan kepada publik yang dapat
menjadi penyebab langsung atas volatilitas
transaksi saham dimaksud.

2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya
informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point
1.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi

volatility:

1. Is the Company aware of any material
information or facts that may affect the value
of the company's securities or investor
investment decisions as stipulated in Financial
Services Authority  Regulation — Number
31/POJK.04/2015 Concerning Disclosure of
Material Information or Facts by Issuers or
Public Companies?

Responses:

As of the date of this response, the Company is
not aware of any material information or
facts that must be disclosed to the public as
referred to in POJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015
regarding Disclosure of Material Information
or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies that
directly affect the value of the Company's
securities or  investors' investment
decisions.

The Company continuously monitors its
business activities and ensures compliance
with information disclosure obligations in
accordance with applicable regulations. To
date, there is no material information that has
not been disclosed to the public that could bea
direct cause of the volatility in the
aforementioned stock transactions.

2. Is the Company aware of any material

information or facts that may affect the value
of the company's securities or the investor's
investment decision as stipulated in Regulation
Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information
provisions of point IIL21. and IV21.

activities by certain shareholders as referred to
POJK No. 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding Reports
on Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share
Ownership of Public Companies, other than the
information that has been submitted to the
Company in accordance with  applicable
regulations.

Tanggapan:
Perseroan secara berkala melakukan evaluasi

terhadap berbagai alternatif strategi dan
inisiatif '— bisnis, — termasuk — kemungkinan
tindakan korporasi yang sejalan dengan
kepentingan usaha dan prinsip kehati-hatian.
Namun demikian, sampai dengan tanggal
penyampaian tanggapan ini, belum terdapat
keputusan final maupun tindakan korporasi
yang bersifat material yang wajib diumumkan
kepada publik atau yang akan berdampak
terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
Bursa dalam waktu dekat.

Adapun setiap rencana yang masih berada
dalam tahap penjajakan, assessment, evaluasi
internal, maupun diskusi awal belum dapat
dikategorikan sebagai informasi material yang
wajib disampaikan kepada publik.

Rencana pengendali dan/atau
saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon
kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan
terlebih dahulu kepada pengendali dan/atau
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.

Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak
menerima informasi mengenai rencana

appropriate action in  accordance with
applicable regulations.

Does the Company have any plans to
undertake corporate actions in the near future,
including corporate plans that will affect the
listing of the Companys shares on the
Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?

Responses:
The Company periodically evaluates various

strategic alternatives and business initiatives,
including potential corporate actions that align
with the Company's business interests and the
principle of prudence. However, as of the date
Of this response, there has been no final
decision or material corporate action that is
reguired to be disclosed to the public or that is
expected to impact the Company's stock listing
on the Exchange in the near future.

Any plans that are still in the exploratory,
assessment, internal evaluation, or initial
discussion stages cannot yet be categorized as
material information that must be disclosed to
the public.

The plan of the controlling and/or major
shareholders related their share ownership in
the Company. In this case, the Corporate
Secretary is reguested to consult with the
controlling and/or major shareholders before
responding to the confirmation.

As of this date, the Company has not received

any information regarding plans by the
controlling party and/or major shareholders
regarding changes in their shareholdings in the
Company that are reguired to be disclosed to
the public.
