Selanjutnya Perseroan akan mengajukan permohonan atas
persetujuan pengunduran diri tersebut dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan yang akan
dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 April 2026.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak secara negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional,
