OF STRUCTURED WARRANT UNTRDRCX6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT United Tractors Tbk (“UNTR”) dated 20 April 2026, related
to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
of UNTR dated 16 April 2026, has resolved, UNTR had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the
fiscal year 2025, which will be paid as follows:
