Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 1 Maret 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA)
anak usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang tergabung
dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, pada tahun 2023
mencatatkan realisasi belanja modal sebesar Rp495 miliar dari
total Rp500 miliar. Realisasi tersebut dilakukan Perseroan
secara selective dan dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai investasi
yang mendukung optimalisasi produksi juga keberlangsungan
bisnis, diantaranya pada jasa hulu melakukan pembelian kapal
tongkang AWB Offshore, pada jasa distribusi dan logistik
dialokasikan untuk melakukan pembelian mobil tangki serta
pengembangan pada jasa penunjang migas dan non project.
Direktur Pengembangan Usaha Elnusa, Arief Prasetyo
Handoyo mengatakan 'untuk belanja modal pada 2024 ini kami
menyiapkan Rp526 miliar yang akan dialokasikan 53% ke jasa
hulu, 31% jasa distribusi dan logistik energi, 9% untuk
penunjang hulu dan sisanya untuk pengembangan bisnis.
Melalui belanja modal yang disiapkan ini Elnusa berkomitmen
untuk siap berinvestasi melakukan pengembangan bisnis yang
berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan ke
depan,'kata Arief.
Adapun penyerapan belanja modal dari jasa hulu akan
dialokasikan untuk penambahan kapasitas berbagai peralatan
Pendukung kegiatan eksplorasi juga produksi migas. Dari jasa
distribusi dan logistik energi, Perseroan akan melakukan
perluasan bisnis non BBM, melakukan optimalisasi pasar pada
chemical di hulu migas serta memperluas pasar chemical hilir
serta mengembangkan inovasi blending B35 untuk
meningkatkan profitabilitas. Sementara itu, pada segmen mid-
stream, juga new renewable energy dan penunjang,
Perseroan akan menyerap belanja modal dengan melakukan
investasi pembelian mobil tangki BBM serta transportasi laut
untuk LNG maupun LPG, melanjutkan penjajakan pada
ekosistem transisi energy melalui battery asset management
system serta fabrikasi peralatan penunjang migas dan
pengembangan IoT.
Melalui belanja modal yang disiapkan ini Elnusa berkomitmen
untuk siap berinvestasi melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, March 1 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
Facts ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which
is part of the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, in 2023
recorded realized capital expenditure of IDR 495 billion out of
a total of IDR 500 billion. This realization was carried out
selectively by the Company and used for various investments
that support production optimization and business continuity,
including in upstream services purchasing AWB Offshore
barges, in distribution and logistics services allocated to
purchasing tank cars as well as developing oil and gas and
non-project supporting services.
Elnusa Business Development Director, Arief Prasetyo
Handoyo said 'for capital expenditure in 2024 we are preparing
IDR 526 billion, of which 53% will be allocated to upstream
services, 31% to energy distribution and logistics services, 9%
to upstream support and the remainder for business
development. "Through this prepared capital expenditure,
Elnusa is committed to being ready to invest in sustainable
business development to support the company's future
growth,' said Arief.
Meanwhile, the absorption of capital expenditure from
upstream services will be allocated to increase the capacity of
various equipment to support exploration activities and oil and
gas production. From energy distribution and logistics services,
the Company will expand its non-fuel business, optimize the
upstream oil and gas chemical market and expand the
downstream chemical market as well as develop B35 blending
innovations to increase profitability. Meanwhile, in the mid-
stream, as well as new renewable energy and supporting
segments, the Company will absorb capital expenditure by
investing in the purchase of fuel tankers and sea transportation
for LNG and LPG, continuing to explore the energy transition
ecosystem through a battery asset management system and
equipment fabrication supporting oil and gas and IoT
development.
Through this prepared capital expenditure, Elnusa is
committed to being ready to invest in development and
innovation to support the company's future growth. 'We also
