Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 29 Februari 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
ELSA) anak usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang
tergabung dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, hari ini
melaporkan kinerja keuangan konsolidasi tahun 2023 yang
telah di audit. Perseroan berhasil menutup 2023 dengan
kinerja yang jauh lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun
sebelumnya. Hal tersebut tercermin dari capaian laba bersih
yang dibukukan sebesar Rp503 miliar, tumbuh 33% Year on
Year (YoY).
Sementara itu Perseroan membukukan pendapatan usaha
tahun buku 2023 sebesar Rp12,5 triliun, tumbuh 2% Year on
Year (YoY) dari tahun 2022. Pendapatan usaha konsolidasi ini
dikontribusikan melalui segmen jasa distribusi dan logistik
energi sebesar 53%, jasa hulu migas terintegrasi 34% dan
jasa penunjang migas 13%. Atas capaian tersebut, Perseroan
berhasil mencatatkan EBITDA Rp1,28 triliun atau tumbuh
11,8% dari tahun sebelumnya Rp1,14 triliun, laba bruto
Rp1,16 triliun, laba operasi Rp669 miliar dan kas setara kas
mencapai Rp2,07triliun.
Direktur Keuangan Elnusa, Stanley Iriawan mengatakan
'Untuk laba bersih tahun buku 2023 ini dikontribusikan melalui
segmen jasa distribusi dan logistik energi sebesar 64%, jasa
hulu migas terintegrasi 15% dan jasa penunjang migas 21%.
Salah satu pendorong kenaikan laba bersih Elnusa adalah
peningkatan di sejumlah proyek pekerjaan pada segmen jasa
distribusi dan logistik energi yakni pada 2022 Rp 305,6 miliar
menjadi Rp320,5 miliar atau tumbuh 4,9% untuk unit jasa
transportasi BBM, trading BBM melalui inovasi blending
produk B35 (B0 & FAME), manajemen depo serta KSO
infratruktur. Sementara itu, pada segmen jasa hulu migas juga
memberikan kontribusi peningkatan laba bersih dari Rp20,2
miliar pada 2022 menjadi Rp74,8 miliar pada 2023 atau
tumbuh 270%, yakni jasa survei seismic dan aktivitas jasa
produksi migas yang juga cukup menopang pertumbuhan
pendapatan usaha maupun laba bersih diantaranya melalui
unit bisnis pada jasa hydraulic workover, cementing services,
drilling fluid services,' kata Stanley.
Capaian laba bersih tersebut juga tidak terlepas dari kontribusi
pada segmen jasa penunjang pada tahun 2022 Rp52,1 miliar
menjadi Rp107,6 miliar pada 2023 atau tumbuh Rp106%
diantaranya pemanfaatan aset kapal mencapai 80%,
pemanfaatan gudang, Pengembangan IoT dan Telco, serta
intensifikasi kapasitas produksi dengan peningkatan kinerja
pada bisnis OCTG, capaian tersebut mencerminkan kinerja
yang solid dari sisi pemanfaatan aset di Elnusa Group.
Stanley menambahkan, 'Kinerja tahun buku 2023 ini
merupakan bukti nyata atas komitmen serta konsistensi
Perseroan dalam menjalankan strategi bisnis yang
berkelanjutan untuk menghasilkan perbaikan kinerja dari
tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Sejalan dengan capaian serta
melalui berbagai layanan unggulan yang telah diberikan,
sepanjang 2023 Elnusa meraih sejumlah apresiasi dan
penghargaan dari berbagai pihak dari dalam dan luar negeri.'

mewujudkan target peningkatan produksi nasional minyak 1
juta barel per hari (BOPD) dan gas bumi 12 miliar standar kaki
kubik per hari (MMscfd) pada 2030 mendatang,' kata Stanley.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 29 February 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
Facts ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which
is part of the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, today reports
its consolidated financial performance for 2023 which has
been audited. The company succeeded in closing 2023 with
much better performance compared to previous years. This is
reflected in the net profit recorded at IDR 503 billion, growing
33% Year on Year (YoY).
Meanwhile, the Company posted business revenues for the
2023 financial year of IDR 12.5 trillion, growing 2% Year on
Year (YoY) from 2022. This consolidated business income was
contributed by the energy distribution and logistics services
segment by 53%, integrated upstream oil and gas services by
34% and oil and gas supporting services 13%. Due to these
achievements, the Company managed to record EBITDA of
IDR 1.28 trillion or grew 11.8% from the previous year's IDR
1.14 trillion, gross profit of IDR 1.16 trillion, operating profit of
IDR 669 billion and cash equivalents reaching IDR 2.07 trillion.
Elnusa's Finance Director, Stanley Iriawan said, 'The net profit
for the 2023 financial year was contributed by the energy
distribution and logistics services segment at 64%, integrated
upstream oil and gas services at 15% and oil and gas
supporting services at 21%. One of the drivers of the increase
in Elnusa's net profit is an increase in a number of work
projects in the energy distribution and logistics services
segment, namely in 2022 IDR 305.6 billion to IDR 320.5 billion
or growth of 4.9% for the fuel transportation services unit, fuel
trading through blending innovation B35 products (B0 &
FAME), depot management and infrastructure KSO.
Meanwhile, the upstream oil and gas services segment also
contributed to an increase in net profit from IDR 20.2 billion in
2022 to IDR 74.8 billion in 2023 or a growth of 270%, namely
seismic survey services and oil and gas production services
activities which were also sufficient to support the growth of
business income and "net profits include business units in
hydraulic workover services, cementing services, drilling fluid
services,' said Stanley.
This net profit achievement is also inseparable from the
contribution in the supporting services segment in 2022 of IDR
52.1 billion to IDR 107.6 billion in 2023 or growth of IDR 106%,
including vessel asset utilization reaching 80%, warehouse
utilization, IoT and Telco development, as well as capacity
intensification. production with increased performance in the
OCTG business, this achievement reflects solid performance
in terms of asset utilization at Elnusa Group.
Stanley added, 'The performance for the 2023 financial year is
clear evidence of the Company's commitment and consistency
in implementing a sustainable business strategy to produce
performance improvements from previous years. In line with its
achievements and through the various superior services it has
provided, throughout 2023 Elnusa received a number of
appreciations and awards from various parties from within and
outside the country.'
'For this reason, in 2024 we are optimistic about continuing our
brilliant performance achievements by carrying out various
acceleration efforts and encouraging more aggressive growth
as well as focusing on expanding our core business by
exploring various opportunities towards excellence, taking a

technology that can support the Government in realizing the
target of increasing national oil production to 1 million barrels
per day (BOPD) and natural gas to 12 billion standard cubic
feet per day (MMscfd) by 2030,' said Stanley.
