the Volatility of Securities Transactions of PT Astra Graphia Tbk (the "Company") we received on
February 27, 2024, we hereby submit the following explanation:
1. Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the
company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Material Information or
Facts by Issuers or Public Companies?
Explanation:
We are not aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the Company's
securities or investors' investment decisions, as stipulated in that POJK.
2. Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the
company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Regulation Number I-E:
Information Disclosure Obligations provisions point III.2.1. and IV.2.1. Attachment to the Decree
of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021?
Explanation:
We are not aware of any information or material facts that may have an impact on the value of the
company's securities or influence investors' investment decisions, as stipulated in that Regulation.
3. Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the
Company's securities and the survival of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public.
Explanation:
To the best of our understanding, we are not aware of any other material information, facts, or
events that could have an impact on the price of the Company's securities or its ability to continue
operating that have not been made public.
4. Whether the Company is aware of the activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in the Financial
Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding Reports of Ownership or Any
Changes to The Ownership of Shares in Public Companies?
Explanation:
The Company is not aware of the activities of certain shareholders, as stipulated in that POJK.

5. Does the Company have any plans to conduct corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at
least in the next 3 months)?
Explanation:
The Company does not have any immediate plans to take any corporate actions, including plans
that would result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange within the next
three months.
At this time, all material information that may affect the Company's share price has been disclosed. As
a listed company, the Company always complies with the provisions of the Indonesian capital market
regulations regarding information disclosure.
