PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Announced Full Year 2023 Financial Performance
Jakarta, February 29, 2024
PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum or the Company) today announced its audited consolidated
financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 (FY2023).
In FY2023, Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) nucleus production of 1.18 million tonnes was flat to previous year. CPO
production declined 4% yoy to 294 thousand tonnes.
Lonsum recorded sales of Rp4.19 trillion in FY2023, 9% yoy lower compared to previous year primarily due to
lower average selling prices (ASP) of palm products (CPO and PK products) which was partly offset by higher
sales volume of palm products arising from the realisation of previous year-end CPO stock.
Lonsum posted gross profit of Rp1.15 trillion, operating profit Rp759 billion and core profit Rp927 billion. Lonsum
did not have funding through bank loans as of December 31, 2023.
Mr. Benny Tjoeng, the President Director of Lonsum commented, “In 2023, the agribusiness industry continued
to face challenges particularly weather impacts and commodity prices volatility. Lonsum continues to focus on
strengthening financial position, controlling costs and efficiency, improving productivity, prioritising capital
expenditures mainly on oil palm replanting activities and critical infrastructure and implementing good
agricultural practices in a sustainable manner.“

PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Melaporkan Kinerja Keuangan Tahun 2023

Pada hari ini PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum atau Perseroan) melaporkan laporan keuangan
konsolidasian untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 (FY2023).
Pada FY2023, produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) inti sebesar 1,18 juta ton, sama dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya. Produksi CPO turun 4% yoy menjadi 294 ribu ton.
Lonsum membukukan penjualan sebesar Rp4,19 triliun di FY2023, turun 9% yoy dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya
terutama seiring turunnya harga jual rata-rata produk sawit (CPO dan produk PK) yang sebagian diimbangi oleh
kenaikan volume penjualan produk sawit seiring realisasi persediaan CPO akhir tahun sebelumnya.
Lonsum mencatat laba kotor sebesar Rp1,15 triliun, laba usaha Rp759 miliar dan core profit Rp927 miliar.
Lonsum tidak ada pendanaan melalui hutang bank pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023.
Bapak Benny Tjoeng, Presiden Direktur Lonsum mengatakan, “Di tahun 2023, industri agribisnis menghadapi
berbagai tantangan terutama dampak dari cuaca dan volatilitas harga komoditas. Lonsum tetap berfokus untuk
memperkuat posisi keuangan, mengendalikan biaya dan efisiensi, meningkatkan produktivitas,
memprioritaskan belanja modal terutama pada kegiatan peremajaan kelapa sawit dan infrastruktur yang
penting serta menjalankan praktik-praktik agrikultur yang baik secara berkelanjutan.“
