PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Announced Full Year 2023 Financial Performance
PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (SIMP Group or the Company) today reported its audited consolidated financial
statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 (FY2023).
In FY2023, FFB nucleus production was 2.78 million tonnes, declined 1% yoy compared to previous year. CPO production
declined 4% yoy to 708 thousand tonnes.
SIMP Group posted total sales of Rp16 trillion in FY2023, 10% yoy lower mainly due to lower average selling prices (ASP)
of palm products and Edible Oils & Fats (EOF) products which were partly offset by higher sales volume of palm products
and branded EOF products. SIMP Group recorded gross profit of Rp3.36 trillion, operating profit Rp1.93 trillion and core
profit Rp1.17 trillion.
SIMP Group’s net gearing ratio improved to 0.16x as of December 31, 2023 compared to 0.26x as of December 31, 2022.
Mr. Mark Wakeford, President Director of SIMP Group commented, “The agribusiness sector still faced challenges in
FY2023, particularly due to weather impacts and lower commodity prices. Our FFB nucleus production was impacted by
weather conditions and oil palm replanting activities.
SIMP Group remains focused on prioritising capital expenditure mainly on oil palm replanting and critical infrastructure,
improving cost control and efficiency, improving productivity and managing operations in a sustainable manner.”

PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Melaporkan Kinerja Keuangan Tahun 2023
PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (Grup SIMP atau Perseroan) hari ini melaporkan laporan keuangan konsolidasian yang
telah diaudit untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 (FY2023).
Pada FY2023, produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) inti mencapai 2,78 juta ton, turun 1% yoy dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya. Produksi CPO turun 4% yoy menjadi 708 ribu ton.
Grup SIMP mencatat penjualan sebesar Rp16 triliun di FY2023, turun 10% yoy terutama karena turunnya harga jual
rata-rata produk sawit dan produk Minyak & Lemak Nabati (EOF) yang sebagian diimbangi oleh kenaikan volume
penjualan produk sawit dan produk EOF bermerek. Grup SIMP membukukan laba bruto sebesar Rp3,36 triliun, laba
usaha Rp1,93 triliun dan core profit Rp1,17 triliun.
Rasio pengungkit neto (net gearing) Grup SIMP pada 31 Desember 2023 membaik menjadi 0,16x dibandingkan 0,26x
pada 31 Desember 2022.
Bapak Mark Wakeford, Direktur Utama Grup SIMP mengatakan, “Sektor agribisnis pada FY2023 masih menghadapi
berbagai tantangan, terutama dampak cuaca dan harga komoditas yang turun. Produksi TBS inti kami dipengaruhi
oleh kondisi cuaca yang tidak mendukung serta kegiatan peremajaan kelapa sawit.
Grup SIMP tetap fokus memprioritaskan belanja modal terutama pada kegiatan peremajaan kelapa sawit dan
infrastruktur yang penting, peningkatan pengendalian biaya dan efisiensi, peningkatan produktivitas serta
pengelolaan kegiatan operasi secara berkelanjutan.”
