PRESS RELEASE
Bank Jago Consistently Grows in Early 2026
Jakarta, 24 April 2026 - PT Bank Jago Tbk opened 2026 by continuing its positive performance
in the first quarter. As a tech-based bank collaborating with digital ecosystems, Bank Jago
continued the consistent growth seen at the end of the previous year, both in number of
customers, third-party funds collection, and loan distribution.
By the end of Q1-2026, Bank Jago had served 19.4 million customers, including 15.2 million
funding customers using the Jago App. Bank Jago's total customers increased by more than 3
million compared to the position at the end of Q1-2025, which was 16.3 million customers.
The growth in the number of funding customers went concurrently with a 23% annual increase
in third-party funds. As of March 2026, Bank Jago's total third-party funds reached Rp26.4
trillion, an increase from Rp21.4 trillion in March 2025.
Of the total third-party funds, the portion of the current account and savings account (CASA)
was 53% or equivalent to Rp13.9 trillion. The remainder consisted of deposits, which
contributed 47% or Rp12.5 trillion.
"This increase in third-party funds shows that more and more customers trust and utilize Bank
Jago's products and services as part of their financial management. Now, the Jago App is not
just a place for saving and transactions, but has become a place to grow customers' finances
more comprehensively," said Bank Jago President Director Arief Harris.
Bank Jago's performance also looked strong in terms of loan distribution, which grew by 24%
annually. By the end of Q1-2026, total loan distribution was recorded at Rp25.2 trillion, an
increase compared to the same period the previous year of Rp20.3 trillion.
This achievement cannot be separated from the strategy of collaboration with various partners,
including digital ecosystems and platforms, financing companies, and other financial institutions.
Given the dynamic economic situation, Bank Jago carried out loan expansion while maintaining
quality and prioritizing prudential principles. This is reflected in the low gross non-performing
loan (NPL) ratio at the level of 0.8%, lower than the national banking NPL average.
Solid loan growth also drove Bank Jago's total assets. By the end of March 2026, Bank Jago's
assets were recorded at Rp39.5 trillion, growing 22% compared to the same period the previous
year of Rp32.5 trillion. In terms of profitability, the company's performance also showed an
improvement with net profit after tax (NPAT) of Rp86 billion, a 42% increase from Rp60 billion at
the end of March 2025.

Bank Jago maintained strong capitalization, reflected in the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) at the
level of 29.9%. This provides enough room to support future business expansion. Meanwhile,
the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) was recorded at 95%.
"This achievement confirms our commitment as a tech-based bank that continues to prioritize
innovation and collaboration while focusing on the strong performance fundamentals and risk
management. Amid global and domestic economic dynamics, we remain cautious in maintaining
healthy performance while looking for opportunities for sustainable growth," said Arief.
