perjanjian yang mengikat, serta pemenuhan kewajiban

Dear Sir/Madam,

In connection with the Indonesia Stock Exchange Letter dated April 23, 2026 Number S-04554/IDX.
PP1/04-2026 regarding the Reguest for Explanation of News in the Mass Media, received by PT Astrindo
Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (the "Company") on April 24, 2026. For this, we can convey the following:

Provide confirmation of the truth of the
news regarding the plan to divest the assets.

The Company hereby informs that it is currently in
discussions with several potential buyers in relation to
divestment of its subsidiaries operating in the coal mining
sector.

How far is the progress of the plan at this
time? Is there already a Letter of Intent, a
binding agreement (CSPA), or is it still in the
early stages of exploration?

As for now, the Company is in discussion stage with several
potential buyers.

The Company has not entered into any Letter of Intent (Lol)
or Conditional Share Purchase Agreement (CSPA), and
therefore, there is no binding agreement with any party.

Provide specifics: Which subsidiaries are
planned to divest the shares?

At this stage, the Company is still evaluating internally and
in discussions with potential buyers: therefore, the
Information in regards to the relevant entity cannot yet be
disclosed as they remain under early-stage consideration.

The Company will provide further information should there
be any material developments.

What is the background and strategic
objectives of this divestment plan? And
what will the changes in the renewable
energy portfolio look like after the
divestment?

The divestment initiatives forms part of the Company's

e  strengthen its focus on the clean energy infrastructure
development.

The Company intends to increase its investment focus in

renewable and clean energy sectors, in order to create a

more optimal and balanced portfolio between short-term

financial performance and long-term sustainability.

However, the post-divestment portfolio structure will
largely depend on the realization of the transaction and
future investment opportunities.

When does the Company plan to conduct an
Information Disclosure in this regard?

The Company will submit further information disclosure in
a timely manner in accordance with the provisions of
applicable laws and regulations, including if there are
material developments such as the signing of initial
documents (LOI or similar), binding agreements, as well as
the fulfillment of material transaction and/or the approval
of the GMS (if relevant).

Other important information/events that
are material and can affect the survival of
the company and can affect the company's
share price

Currently, there have been no other important events that
have materially affected the Company's business
sustainability. Furthermore, the Company is committed to
always implementing the principles of information
disclosure, prudence, and good corporate governance in
every strategic actions taken.
