Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 27 Februari 2024 Perseroan melalui PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) telah melakukan
pelunasan pokok dan bunga ke-28 Obligasi Subordinasi
Berkelanjutan II Bank Bukopin Tahap II Tahun 2017 sejumlah
Rp 1,443,637,500,000.00 (Satu Triliun Empat Ratus Empat
Puluh Tiga Miliar Enam Ratus Tiga Puluh Tujuh Juta Lima
Ratus Ribu Rupiah) yang terdiri dari pokok Obligasi sebesar
Rp 1.405.000.000.000,- (Satu Triliun Empat Ratus Lima Miliar
Rupiah) dan bunga obligasi ke-28 (gross) sebesar Rp
38.637.500.000,- (Tiga Puluh Delapan Miliar Enam Ratus
Tiga Puluh Tujuh Juta Lima Ratus Ribu Rupiah) yang
didistribusikan pada tanggal 28 Februari 2024 kepada masing-
masing investor dengan sumber pendanaan yang berasal dari
dana pihak ketiga, utilisasi surat berharga yang dimiliki dan
transaksi interbank lainnya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kegiatan usaha dan opersional Perseroan tetap berjalan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dengan normal seperti biasa.

interest of the 28th Subordinated Continuous Bonds II Bank
Bukopin Phase II Year 2017 in the amount of Rp
1,443,637,500,000.00 (One Trillion Four Hundred Forty Three
Billion Six Hundred Thirty Seven Million Five Hundred
Thousand Rupiah) consisting of principal of Rp 1.
405,000,000,000, - (One Trillion Four Hundred Five Billion
Rupiah) and the 28th bond interest (gross) amounting to Rp
38,637,500,000, - (Thirty Eight Billion Six Hundred Thirty
Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) distributed on
28 February 2024 to each investor with funding sources

and other interbank transactions.
