pendanaan memungkinkan,
mungkin bisa lebih dari 9 kapal

saat ini kami miliki.

subsidiaries as additional eguity.

this year? How much capex is
prepared? What is the contract target
this year? how many vessels that
Humpuss have and who are its

Mr. Tirta Hidayat:

1. We will buy 9 vessels (5 Harbor
Tugs, 1 LNG, 3 Chemical).

2. For capex of around USD 51.5
million to purchase these
vesseles. We are confident that
demand will increase and if
funding allows, there could be
more than these 9 vessels. But
these are the targets that we
currently have.

Seperti yang kami sampaikan tadi,
mungkin secara garis besar kami bagi
menjadi dua yaitu domestik, dengan
menunjang 3 program besar tersebut
sambil kami membesarkan porsi
untuk swasta tersebut, dari 20Yo
menjadi 254 misalnya. Namun
bukan berarti mengurangi secara
nominal pendapatan yang kami
terima dari sektor pemerintah atau
BUMN. Sektor swasta akan kami
tingkatkan karena adanya
kesempatan pada sektor Nikel dan
Batubara dan lain sebagainya.

Kami sedang berusaha meningkatkan
penerimaan kerjasama dari luar
negeri, dalam kerjasama saat ini
mengelola kapal-kapal mereka di
dalam negeri, mulai April ini kami
akan mengelola kapal-kapal mereka
di luar Negeri.

portion for the private sector, from
20Y4o to 25Y5 for example. However,

kami sedang menghitung terlebih
dahulu besarannya karena akan ada
kerjasama kerjasama baru yang
akan kami lakukan, namun
komitmen — untuk — pembagian
dividen akan kami lakukan namun
besarannya belum bisa kami
berikan.

2. Saat ini sedang kita hitung, belum
bisa kami sebutkan karena
angkanya belum final dan sifatnya
masih prognosa, kita menunggu
setelah hasil Audit.

3. Untuk Nasional kami belum bisa
sampaikan, karena sifatnya
penjajakan dan sifatnya sensitif.
