Tbk (HUMI) Jelaskan Kondisi dan Kinerja Terkini Perseroan

JAKARTA – PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk (“Perseroan”) atau yang dikenal
dengan kode saham “HUMI”, pada hari Senin kemarin (26/02/2024) mengadakan sesi
pemaparan publik insidentil untuk menyikapi fluktuasi harga saham Perseroan dalam
beberapa pekan terakhir. Selain hal di atas, dalam kesempatan ini, Perseroan juga
memaparkan kondisi dan kinerja terkini Perseroan, serta menyampaikan proyeksi
kinerja Perseroan untuk kedepannya.
Pada sesi awal, Perseroan menjelaskan bahwa fluktuasi harga saham yang terjadi
selama beberapa pekan terakhir, bukan merupakan dampak dari penurunan kinerja
Perseroan ataupun katalis negatif bagi Perseroan, namun merupakan aktivitas pasar
modal semata. "Fluktuasi harga saham Perseroan yang terjadi pada beberapa pekan
terakhir adalah murni hasil dari aktivitas pasar semata, sementara Perseroan sendiri
berhasil mencetak pertumbuhan dari sisi kinerja operasional yang signifikan. Kami
mengestimasi pertumbuhan laba bersih sekitar sebesar 20% secara satu tahun penuh
2023 berdasarkan prognosa kami dibandingkan dengan tahun 2022," ujar Tirta
Hidayat selaku Direktur Utama PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Perseroan juga menyajikan rencana strategis untuk
masa depan. Ini dimulai dengan pengembangan ekspansi armada kapal Perseroan
untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat terhadap transportasi laut.
Selain itu, Perseroan juga berencana untuk melakukan ekspansi ke pasar
internasional, terutama di Timur Tengah, di mana permintaan akan transportasi laut
juga mengalami peningkatan belakangan ini. Hal ini dianggap sebagai peluang
berharga bagi Perseroan.
Selain kemajuan operasionalnya, Perseroan juga memiliki rencana untuk
membagikan dividen melihat kinerja positif Perseroan pada beberapa tahun terakhir.
Saat ini, Perseroan sedang mengkaji besaran termasuk payout ratio-nya, penentuan
jumlah dan pembagian dividen tersebut akan bergantung pada beberapa faktor yang
meliputi yakni kondisi keuangan Perseroan, kondisi likuiditas Perseroan, prospek
usaha Perseroan di masa depan dan kebutuhan kas Perseroan.
Pada akhir keterangan persnya, Tirta juga menyampaikan bahwa dengan strategi
ekspansi Perseroan ini guna mendorong pertumbuhan kinerja Perseroan. “Untuk
tahun 2024, Perseroan menargetkan adanya pertumbuhan laba bersih usaha
Perseroan sekitar sebesar 20% yang didorong terutama dengan sektor Oil & Chemical.
Stabilitas pertumbuhan setiap tahunnya akan terus kami jaga," ujar Tirta.

Public Expose to Elucidate Current Company Conditions and
Performance
Jakarta, February 27, 2024
JAKARTA - PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk ("the Company"), known by its
stock code "HUMI," held an incidental public presentation session on Monday
(02/26/2024), to address the fluctuations in the Company's stock price over the past
few weeks. In addition to the above, during this session, the Company also presented
its current conditions and performance, as well as conveyed projections for future
performance.
In the opening session, the Company clarified that the recent fluctuations in the stock
price over the past few weeks were not a consequence of the Company's performance
decline or any negative catalyst affecting the Company. Instead, they attributed it
solely to market activities. "The fluctuations in the Company's stock price over the past
few weeks are purely the result of market activities, while the Company itself has
achieved significant operational performance growth. We estimate a net profit growth
of around 20% for the full year of 2023 based on our forecast compared to 2022,"
stated Tirta Hidayat, the President Director of PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk.
At the same occasion, the Company also presented strategic plans for the future. This
begins with expanding the Company's fleet of ships to meet the continuously growing
market demand for maritime transportation. Additionally, the Company plans to
expand into international markets, particularly in the Middle East, where demand for
maritime transportation has also recently increased. This is seen as a valuable
opportunity for the Company.
In addition to its operational progress, the Company also plans to distribute dividends
considering its positive performance over the past few years. Currently, the Company
is assessing the extent of distribution, including its payout ratio. The determination of
the amount and distribution of dividends will depend on several factors, including the
Company's financial condition, liquidity position, future business prospects, and cash
needs.
In concluding on this occasion, Tirta also conveyed that with the Company's expansion
strategy, they aim to drive the growth of the Company's performance. "For the year
2024, the Company targets a business net profit growth of around 20%, primarily
driven by the Oil & Chemical sector. We will continue to maintain stability in growth
each year," said Tirta.
