JAKARTA, Perusahan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan
dan distribusi gas alam, PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk
(CGAS) menginformasikan bahwa Perseroan akan bekerja
sama dengan PT GT Ladang Teknik dan Jianyang Greenfir
New Energy Equipment Co Ltd (GreenFir) untuk membangun
LNG Station berkapasitas 1,5 juta standar kaki kubik per hari
(MMSCFD), dengan nilai investasi mencapai Rp161,5 miliar.
Menurut Direktur Utama CGAS, Andika Purwonugroho, pada
Kuartal I 2024, Perseroan akan memulai groundbreaking
pembangunan Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Station di Galian
Field Tambun Zone 7 Regional 2 di Pakis, Karawang, Jawa
Barat.
Andika mengatakan, pembangunan LNG Station ini akan
dilakukan CGAS dengan menggandeng GT Ladang Teknik
dan perusahaan manufaktur asal China, GreenFir. Nilai
investasi untuk pembangunan LNG Station berkapasitas 1,5
MMSCFD ini mencapai Rp161,5 miliar, kata Andika di Hotel
Sultan, Jakarta, Jumat 23 Februari 2024.
Andika meyakini, pada tahun pertama pasca beroperasinya
LNG Station, nilai penjualan yang akan diperoleh Perseroan
bisa mencapai USD 8,7 juta atau setara dengan Rp135 miliar
per tahun. Dia memperkirakan, pendapatan CGAS pada tahun
ini akan melambung 76,4 persen (year on year) menjadi
sekitar Rp 658 miliar, sedangkan laba bersih diproyeksikan
melonjak 200,8 persen (yoy) menjadi sekitar Rp 36,7 miliar.
Sementara itu, volume penjualan untuk sepanjang tahun ini
diperkirakan mencapai 82.000.711 standar meter kubik (Sm3)
atau setara dengan peningkatan 81,3 persen dibandingkan
dengan volume penjualan di 2023 yang diperkirakan mencapai
sebesar 45.235.193 Sm3. Peningkatan kinerja CGAS pada
tahun ini juga melibatkan beberapa proyek CNG Station yang
ada di Grobogan-Jawa Tengah, Manyar-Jawa Timur dan
Majalengka-Jawa Barat, ujar Andika.
Lebih lanjut Andika menegaskan, perbaikan kinerja CGAS
sebagai perusahaan perdagangan dan distribusi gas alam
dipastikan mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi para
pemegang saham Perseroan dalam bentuk dividen. Pada
tahun 2023 kami memperkirakan, Perseroan akan berhasil
mencatatkan pertumbuhan profit menjadi Rp12,2 miliar,
sehingga kami berencana untuk membagikan dividen kepada
para pemegang saham sebesar 30 persen dari laba bersih.
Perkiraan atas capaian laba bersih CGAS di 2023 tersebut
ditopang perolehan pendapatan yang diperkirakan mencapai
sebesar Rp 373 miliar, dengan perkiraan volume penjualan
sebanyak 45 jt Sm3. Kami optimistis kinerja keuangan maupun
kinerja operasional pada tahun ini akan mengalami
pertumbuhan positif, ucap Andika.

JAKARTA, PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk (CGAS), a
company involved in trading and distribution of natural gas,
has announced its collaboration with PT GT Ladang Teknik
and Jianyang Greenfir New Energy Equipment Co Ltd
(GreenFir) for the construction of an LNG Station. The station
will have a capacity of 1.5 million standard cubic feet per day
(MMSCFD) with an investment value of IDR 161.5 billion.
CGAS plans to commence the construction of a Liquefied
Natural Gas (LNG) Station in the Tambun Field Excavation
Zone 7 Regional 2 in Pakis, Karawang, West Java, in the first
quarter of 2024. According to Andika Purwonugroho, the
President Director of CGAS, the groundbreaking ceremony will
be held during this time.
Andika announced that CGAS will collaborate with GT Ladang
Teknik and GreenFir, a Chinese manufacturing company, for
the construction of the LNG Station. The investment value for
this project is IDR 161.5 billion, and have a capacity of 1.5
MMSCFD. Andika announced this on Friday (23/2) at the
Sultan Hotel - Jakarta.
Andika predicts that the Company's sales value after the LNG
Station starts operating in the first year will be around USD 8.7
million (equivalent to IDR 135 billion per year). He estimates
that CGAS's revenue will increase by 76.4 percent (year-on-
year) to approximately IDR 658 billion this year, with a
projected net profit rise of 200.8 percent (y-o-y) to around IDR
36.7 billion.
It is estimated that the sales volume for this year will reach
82,000,711 standard cubic meters (Sm3), which is an increase
of 81.3 percent compared to the sales volume in 2023. Andika
mentioned that this years CGAS performance improvement is
also attributed to several CNG Station projects in Grobogan-
Central Java, Manyar-East Java, and Majalengka-West Java.
According to Andika, there is a great potential for CGAS - a
company that trades and distributes natural gas - to increase
its performance, which would result in added benefits for its
shareholders in the form of dividends. The company has
forecasted an estimated profit growth of IDR 12.2 billion by
2023 and intends to distribute dividends to shareholders
equivalent to 30% of the net profit.
