Perjanjian Perbantuan antara PT Medco Power Indonesia (“MPI”) dan Perseroan, dimana MPI merupakan anak perusahaan yang sahamnya dimiliki secara tidak langsung oleh Perseroan / Secondment Agreement between PT Medco Power Indonesia (“MPI”) and the Company. MPI is a subsidiary, whose shares are indirectly owned by the Company. 2. Perjanjian Perbantuan antara Perseroan dan PT Medco Power Indonesia (“MPI”), anak perusahaan yang sahamnya dimiliki secara tidak langsung oleh Perseroan / Secondment Agreement between the Company and PT Medco Power Indonesia (“MPI”). Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190, Indonesia MEDCOENERGI Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Perjanjian Perbantuan ini terkait kerjasama penugasan tenaga kerja yang terpilih dari satu entitas yang merupakan Home Company untuk ditempatkan pada entitas lainnya sebagai Host Company yaitu (i) tenaga kerja MPI untuk diperbantukan pada MEI: dan sebaliknya (ii) tenaga kerja MEI untuk diperbantukan pada MPI. Kerjasama penugasan tenaga kerja secara penuh waktu tersebut diperlukan untuk membantu kelancaran Operasional proyek-proyek kegiatan usaha MEI maupun MPI serta perusahaan afiliasi keduanya. Perjanjian Perbantuan ini akan terus berlaku hingga tidak ada tenaga kerja yang bekerja atau diusulkan untuk diperbantukan pada MEI maupun MPI, kecuali diakhiri oleh salah satu Pihak karena suatu sebab yang material dengan pemberitahuan tertulis sebelumnya. / The Secondment Agreements relate tothe secondment of selected personnel from one entity, acting as the Home Company, to another entity, acting as the Host Company, namely (i) MPI personnel to be seconded to MEI: and (ii) MEI personnel to be seconded to MPI. MEI and MPI reguire such personnel to perform their duties on a full- time basis to support the smooth operation of their respective business activities and projects as well as those of their affiliated companies. These Secondment Agreements shall remain in full force and effect until there are no longer any personnel employed by or proposed to be seconded to MEI or MPI, unless earlier terminated by either Party for a material reason upon prior written notice.
