Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 20 April 2026, telah dilakukan peningkatan porsi
kepemilikan saham Entitas Anak dari PT Maharaksa Biru
Energi Tbk di PT Indoplas Dewata Energi (IDE) sebanyak 56
(lima puluh enam) lembar saham atau sebesar Rp.
56.000.000,- (lima puluh enam juta Rupiah).
Peningkatan porsi kepemilikan saham Entitas Anak pada PT
Indoplas Dewata Energi dilakukan melalui peningkatan Modal
Dasar serta Modal Ditempatkan dan Disetor, sehingga
tambahan porsi kepemilikan IML tersebut berasal dari saham
dalam portepel.
Peningkatan kepemilikan saham dilakukan berdasarkan Akta
Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat No. 32 tanggal 20 April 2026,
dan telah menerima Keputusan dari Menteri Hukum Republik
Indonesia No. AHU-0026466.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 tanggal
23 April 2026, dibuat dihadapan Humberg Lie S.H., S.E.,
M.Kn., Notaris di Jakarta.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan saat ini, belum ada dampak kejadian,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional, hukum, kondisi, keuangan, atau kelangsungan

Description of Material Information or On April 20, 2026, the Subsidiary of PT Maharaksa Biru Energi
Facts Tbk increased its shareholding in PT Indoplas Dewata Energi
(IDE) by 56 (fifty-six) shares, amounting to Rp. 56,000,000
(fifty-six million Rupiah).
The increase in the Subsidiary shareholding in PT Indoplas
Dewata Energi was carried out through an increase in
Authorized Capital as well as Issued and Paid-in Capital, such
that the additional shareholding portion of IML originated from
shares in the portfolio.
The increase in share ownership was carried out based on the
Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 32 dated April 20, 2026, and
has received a Decision from the Minister of Law of the
Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-0026466.AH.01.02. 2026
dated April 23, 2026, executed before Humberg Lie, S.H.,
S.E., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta.
