Melaksanakan pengalihan saham hasil Buyback sebanyak 38.908.000 lembar saham atau 0,624 dari
total jumlah saham Perseroan yang telah ditempatkan dan disetor penuh untuk mendukung likuiditas
saham Perseroan.

Transferring shares from the Buyback as many as 38,908,000 shares or 0.624 of the total number of
shares of the Company that have been issued and paid up to support the liguidity of the Company's
shares.

Saham yang akan dialihkan merupakan saham hasil Buyback Periode 6 (dari tanggal 21 Juli 2022
sampai dengan tanggal 20 Oktober 2022) sejumlah 36,797,300 lembar saham dan Periode 7 (dari
tanggal 21 Oktober 2022 sampai dengan tanggal 20 Januari 2023) sejumlah 2.110.700 lembar saham.
The shares to be transferred are shares from Buyback Period 6 (from July 21, 2022 to October 20, 2022)
totaling 36,797,300 shares and Period 7 (from October 21, 2022 to January 20, 2023) totaling
2,110,700 shares.

Menunjuk PT BCA Sekuritas sebagai Anggota Bursa yang akan melakukan penjualan saham hasil
Buyback tersebut dengan memperhatikan ketentuan persyaratan yang diatur dalam Peraturan OJK
No.29/2023.

Appoint PT BCA Sekuritas as an Exchange Member who will conduct the sale of shares from the
Buyback with due observance of the reguirements stipulated in OJK Regulation No.29/2023.

Menetapkan waktu pelaksanaan pengalihan saham paling cepat 5 (lima) hari kerja terhitung setelah
keterbukaan informasi ini sesuai Pasal 35 Ayat (1) Peraturan OJK No.29/2023.

Determine the implementation time of the shares transfer no sooner than 5 (five) working days as of
the disclosure of this information in accordance with Article 35 Paragraph (1) of OJK Regulation
No.29/2023.

Menetapkan harga penjualan saham hasil Buyback sesuai dengan Pasal 23 ayat 2 huruf c. Peraturan
OJK No.29/2023, yaitu harga pengalihan saham tidak lebih rendah dari harga rata-rata pembelian
kembali saham Perseroan, serta:
Determine the selling price of the Buyback shares in accordance with Article 23 point 2 letter c. OJK
Regulation No.29/2023, namely the share transfer price must not be lower than the average price of
the Company's shares buyback and with the following provisions:
e tidak lebih rendah dari harga penutupan perdagangan harian di BEI satu hari sebelum tanggal
penjualan saham, atau
may not be lower than the closing price of daily trading on the IDX one day before the date of sale
Of shares, or
# harga rata-rata dari harga penutupan perdagangan harian di BEI selama 90 (sembilan puluh) hari
terakhir sebelum tanggal penjualan saham oleh Perseroan dengan diskon paling banyak 7,546
(tujuh koma lima persen),
- the average price of the closing price of daily trading on the IDX during the last 90 (ninety) days
prior to the date of sale of shares by the Company with a maximum discount of 7.54 (seven point
five percent),

Demikian keterbukaan informasi ini disampaikan guna memenuhi Pasal 37 Peraturan OJK No.29/2023
yang mewajibkan Perseroan untuk mengumumkan keterbukaan informasi kepada masyarakat dan
menyampaikan bukti pengumuman dan dokumen pendukungnya kepada OJK paling lambat 5 (lima) hari
kerja sebelum dilaksanakannya penjualan saham hasil pembelian kembali.

This information disclosure is submitted in order to fulfill Article 37 of OJK Regulation No.29/2023 which
reguires the Company to announce information disclosure to the public and submit proof of announcement
and supporting documents to OJK no later than 5 (five) working days before the sale of shares from the
buyback.
