Indonesia (“BEI”) no. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi (“Peraturan BEI no.I-E”), dengan ini kami untuk dan atas nama PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk
(“Perseroan”) menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material sebagai berikut:
To comply with the provisions of OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Information or
Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies (“OJK Regulation No. 31/2015”) and Decree of the Board of Directors
of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) no. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 Amendment to Regulation No. I-E regarding
Obligation to Submit Information (“IDX Regulation no.I-E”), we hereby for and on behalf of PT Autopedia Sukses
Lestari Tbk (the “Company”) submit Information Report or Material Facts as follows:

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan bersama anak perusahaan Perseroan yang secara
langsung dimiliki 99% oleh Perseroan yaitu PT Autopedia Sukses
Gadai (“ASG”) telah mendirikan perusahaan baru yang Bernama
PT Autopedia Gadai Jabar (“PT AGJ”).
The Company together with the Company's subsidiary which is
directly owned 99% by the Company, namely PT Autopedia Sukses
Gadai ("ASG") has established a new company called
PT Autopedia Gadai Jabar ("PT AGJ").
Description of Material Information or
Facts Pendirian PT AGJ tersebut telah dicatat dalam Akta Pendirian
Nomor 06 tanggal 9 Februari 2024 yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris
Lindia Halim S.H.,M.Kn Notaris di Kabupaten Tangerang dan telah
mendapat pengesahan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia
Republik Indonesia dalam Surat Keputusan No. AHU-
0014456.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2024 tanggal 22 Februari 2024, yang
efektif menjalankan bidang usahanya setelah mendapatkan
persetujuan dari otoritas terkait sebagai berikut:
Establishment of PT AGJ has been stated on the Deed of
Establishment Number 06 dated 9 February 2024 drawn up before
Notary Lindia Halim S.H.,M.Kn Notary in Tangerang Regency and
has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights
of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. AHU-
0014456.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2024 dated 22 February 2024, which

F. Tujuan dilakukan pembentukan Entitas Anak /
The purpose of establishing a Subsidiary:
Tujuan pembentukan PT AGJ adalah untuk
memperluas layanan fasilitas pembiayaan singkat
dengan jaminan kendaraan (Gadai) di wilayah
Provinsi Jawa Barat yang memiliki potensi pengguna
yang besar.
The purpose of establishing PT AGJ is to expand the
services of short-term financing facilities with
vehicle collateral (Pawn) in the West Java Province
area which has a large user potential.
4. Dampak Kejadian, Informasi atau fakta Dampak transaksi di atas tidak material terhadap posisi dan kinerja
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan profitabilitas Perseroan. Perseroan berharap Usaha Gadai dapat
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, mendukung Perseroan dalam mewujudkan visinya menjadi Omni
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Channel marketplace otomotif yang terpercaya, serta meningkatkan
Perusahaan Publik kinerja keuangan Perusahaan secara menyeluruh di masa depan.
Impact of the Events, Information or The impact of the above transaction is immaterial to the position
material facts on the operational and performance the Company's profitability. The Company hopes
activities, law, financial condition, or that the Pawn Business can support the Company in realizing its
business continuity of the Issuer or vision to become the most trusted Omni Channel automotive
Public Company marketplace, as well as improving the Company's overall financial
performance in the future.
