 Elnusa's Total Energy Services Solution Ready to Support National
                   Oil and Gas Production Targets
Jakarta, 20 February 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA IDX: ELSA), a leading energy services company that is part of the Pertamina Upstream
Subholding, continues to provide support for national oil and gas production targets. This is reflected in the contribution made by Elnusa
for the success of several increases in oil and gas production and new reserves in the Indonesian region by the Pertamina Group.

Elnusa, who participated in the DETalk webinar entitled Enhancing National Energy Resilience Through Extensive Oil & Gas Exploration
which was held by Dunia Energi on Friday (16/2), explained Elnusa's competence and support for exploration in Indonesia. Elnusa
Operations Director Endro Hartanto explained Elnusa's readiness to support a massive upstream oil and gas work program in order to
achieve national oil and gas production targets. "Elnusa certainly has complete competence to support oil and gas production targets.
"Starting from upstream oil and gas services, energy distribution and logistics services as well as supporting services," said Endro.

"In the upstream oil and gas service line, Elnusa has Geoscience & Reservoir services (land, transition zone & marine and data processing),
drilling & oil and gas field maintenance services (drilling & workover), engineering, procurement, construction & operation maintenance
(EPC-OM) services "For the energy distribution and logistics service line, Elnusa provides fuel transportation services, depot management
and chemical sales. In the support service line, Elnusa has marine support, fabrication and data management services," said Endro.

Endro also revealed that Elnusa always innovates the services provided to clients. "One of them, we created Hydraulic Drilling Unit
equipment which we have supported in the Kalimantan region in one of the K3S currently operated by Total and Pertamina Hulu Mahakam
(PHM). Apart from that, we also have red and white slurry cement created by the nation's children to provide quality cement for shallow
gas zones, and also vibroseismic technology to support the EOR activities that we are currently carrying out in the Sumatra region."

Endro added, "Elnusa is ready to support the needs of K3S Oil Company to ensure energy security for Indonesia. "We are here as part of
the Pertamina group to support this activity and of course with options where the Oil Company may have limitations, Elnusa is ready to
provide solutions in discovering new reserves, so that exploration, especially in Indonesia, is more productive," concluded Endro.
