meningkatkan inovasi dan mempercepat adopsi kendaraan
listrik (EV) di Indonesia, dalam rangka menghadirkan solusi
transportasi yang ramah lingkungan dan mempercepat
elektrifikasi dalam segmen kendaraan komersial di wilayah
negara Republik Indonesia/
One of the Company's subsidiary, namely PT IMG Sejahtera
Langgeng (IMGSL), of which 99.994 of its shares are effectively
owned by the Company, has agreed to cooperate with PT VKTR
Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. This cooperation is outlined in the
