TRANSCO/.LPACIFIC Tanggal Kejadian Senin, 19 Februari 2024 Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Sentra Makmur Lines (“Perseroan”) suatu — perseroan terbatas — yang dikendalikan oleh PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk telah menandatangani Surat Penawaran Pemberian Kredit dari salah satu Bank Pemerintah/Badan Usaha Milik Negara (“Bank”). Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menandatangani Surat Pemberian Fasilitas Kredit dengan Bank, yang total nilai fasilitas kredit tersebut maksimum adalah Rp. 1.345.500.000.000,- (satu triliun tiga ratus empat puluh lima miliar lima ratus juta Rupiah) yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) fasilitas kredit investasi. Syarat dan ketentuan kredit diatur dalam Perjanjian yang ditandatangani oleh Perseroan dan Bank. Penjelasan ada tidaknya hubungan afiliasi Transaksi ini tidak merupakan transaksi afiliasi karena antara Perseroan dan Bank tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi.
