Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material
Perseroan telah menandatangani Surat Pemberian Fasilitas
Kredit dengan Bank, yang total nilai fasilitas kredit tersebut
maksimum adalah Rp. 627.960.000.000,- (enam ratus dua
puluh tujuh miliar sembilan ratus enam puluh juta Rupiah)
yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) fasilitas dalam bentuk kredit investasi
dan 1 (satu) fasilitas dalam bentuk kredit modal kerja.
Syarat dan ketentuan kredit diatur dalam Perjanjian yang
ditandatangani oleh Perseroan dan Bank.
Penjelasan ada tidaknya hubungan afiliasi
Transaksi ini tidak merupakan transaksi afiliasi karena antara
Perseroan dan Bank tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi.
Sumber Fasilitas Kredit
Dari salah satu Bank Pemerintah/Bank Badan Usaha Milik
Negara.

Perusahaan Publik Perseroan karena Perseroan memiliki fasilitas kredit investasi
yang akan digunakan untuk menambah armada yang
diperlukan oleh Perseroan untuk melakukan kegiatan utama
usaha Perseroan dan juga akan memiliki kredit modal kerja.
Hukum
Dapat memberikan dampak hukum berupa beralihnya barang-
barang jaminan kepada kreditur/pemberi pinjaman atau pihak
lain, apabila Perseroan gagal membayar cicilan pinjaman tepat
waktu.
Kondisi Keuangan
Diharapkan dengan adanya dan dipakainya fasilitas kredit ini,
nantinya akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan Perseroan.
Kelangsungan Usaha
Kelangsungan usaha tetap terjaga dan terjamin dengan baik.

The Company has signed a Letter of Offer for Grating Credit
with the Bank with maximum total value is Rp.
627.960.000.000,- (six hundred twenty seven billion nine
hundred sixty million Rupiah) consisting of 5 (five) facilities in
the form of investment credit and 1 (one) in the form of working
capital credit.
Credit terms and conditions are regulated in the Agreement
signed by the Company and the Bank.

This transaction is not an affiliated transaction since there is no
affiliated relationship between the Company and the lending
Bank.
