Type of Material Readiness of Funds for Payment of Principal and Twelfth Interest of Information or Facts Continuation Bonds II Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year 2021 Series B. 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan Fakta Material dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap I Tahun 2021 Seri B yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 26 Maret 2024 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 9,85Y6 (sembilan koma delapan lima persen) per tahun. Description of Material Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Information or Facts Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 26 Maret 2024.
