Type of information of material fact Uraian informasi atau fakta material / Details of information or material fact Merujuk pada surat pemberitahuan PT Kreasi Jaya Persada (“KJP”) kepada Perseroan dan pengumuman KJP di surat kabar International Media tertanggal 19 Februari 2024. Bahwa pada tanggal 16 Februari 2024, KJP telah menyelesaikan pengambilalihan atas 342.925.700 saham atau mewakili 34Yo dari seluruh saham yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam Perseroan yang dimiliki oleh PT Caraka Reksa Optima. Referring to the notification letter Jom PT Kreasi Jaya Persada (“KJP”) to the Company and the announcement by KJP in the International Media newspaper on 19 February 2024. Whereas, on 16 February 2024, KJP has completed the acguisition of 342,925,700 shares or represents 3446 from the total issued and paid up capital in the Company which is owned by PT Caraka Reksa Optima. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. / The impact of such material event, information or fact to the Company 's operational activities, legal, financial condition, or business continuity. Tidak terdapat dampak material atas kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. There are no material impacts of this material event, information or Jact on the Company 's operational activities, legality, financial conditions or business continuity. Keterangan lain / Others KJP menjadi pengendali baru Perseroan setelah penyelesaian pengambilalihan tersebut. KJP has become the new controller af the Company after the completion of this acguisition. Demikian Keterbukaan Informasi ini disampaikan dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan POJK 31, POJK 9 dan Peraturan I-E.
