Pi Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan -Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. Perseroan saat ini tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E : Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi Tertentu point (1.2.1 dan IV.2.1 Lamp. Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BE!/01- 2021. Saat ini tidak terdapat informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik Perseroan saat ini tidak mengetahui adanya aktifitas dari Pemegang Saham Tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. Perseroan saat ini belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam waktu 3 bulan mendatang). Saat ini menurut info yang diperoleh tidak ada rencana khusus dari Pemegang Saham Utama terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Demikian penjelasan dari Perseroan tersebut kami sampaikan.
