Fakta Material Keempat dari Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap
II Tahun 2023.

3. Uraian Informasi atau Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan
Fakta Material dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga keempat Obligasi
Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap II Tahun 2023 yang
akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 15 Maret 2024 dengan tingkat bunga
tetap sebesar 6,50% (enam koma lima nol persen) per tahun.
Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 15 Maret 2024.
We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the
Description of Material payment of the principal and fourth interest of Continuation Bonds IV
Information or Facts Merdeka Copper Gold Phase II Year 2023 which will be matured on 15
March 2024 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 6.50% (six point
five zero per cent) per year.
The aforesaid fund will be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
(KSEI) before 15 March 2024.
4. Dampak kejadian, Tidak terdapat dampak material atas informasi material berupa
informasi atau fakta pelunasan pokok dan bunga keempat Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV
