Pada 22 April 2026, Perseroan menerima surat
permohonan pengunduran diri Bapak Muk
Kuang sebagai Direksi Perseroan. Pengunduran
diri tersebut akan efektif pada tanggal 29 Juni
2026. Perseroan selanjutnya akan menjalankan
ketentuan yang diatur di POJK Nomor
33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi Dan Dewan
Komisaris Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik
(“POJK 33/2024”), POJK No.15/POJK.04/2020
tentang Rencana dan Penyelenggaraan Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham perusahaan Terbuka
("POJK 15/2020”), dan Anggaran
Perseroan untuk menggelar Rapat
Pemegang Saham dan meminta persetujuan dari
pemegang saham atas permohonan
pengunduran diri Bapak Muk Kuang.

letter of resignation from Mr. Muk Kuang as
the Company's Director. The resignation will
be effective on June 29, 2026. The
Company will then implement the provisions
stipulated in POJK No.33/POJK.04/2014
concerning Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners of Issuers or Publicly-
Traded Companies (“POJK 33/2024”),
POJK No.15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the
Planning and Implementation of General
Meetings of Shareholders of Public
Companies ("POJK 15/2020”) and the
Company's Articles of Association to hold a
General Meeting of Shareholders and
reguest approval from shareholders for the
resignation of Mr. Muk Kuang.
