On February 19, 2024, the Company received a resignation letter from Mr. A Padmono Budi Sanyoto as President Director of the Company. Selanjutnya guna memenuhi POJK 33/2014, permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan terdekat. Furthermore, to comply with POJK 33/2014, the resignation reguest will be decided at the nearest General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
