jabatannya sebagai Komisaris Independen.
Persetujuan atas pengunduran diri tersebut akan dinyatakan dalam
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan dengan jadwal akan
disampaikan kemudian.
On April 22, 2026, the Company received a letter dated April 22, 2026,
from Wijanarko, SE. Ak, in his capacity as the Independent
Commissioner of the Company, submitting his resignation from his
position as Independent Commissioner.
The approval of said resignation will be resolved in the Company's
General Meeting of Shareholders, the schedule of which will be
announced at a later date.

significant impact on the Company.
As of today, the Company’s operational activities continue to run as
usual.
