Changes in Business Activities (POJK 17/2020) and Financial
Services Authority Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020
concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest
Impact of event, material information or Impact on the Company
facts towards Issuers or Public To increase the Companys coachbuilding (karoseri) revenues
Company’s operational activities, legal, as a result of additional dump trucks from TMMS as a client;
financial condition, or going concern and
To increase maintenance service revenues for dump trucks
due to the addition of TMMS as a client.
Impact on TMMS
The Company will provide support for minor vehicle
maintenance at the mining site(s) owned and/or operated by
the customer.
