Industry Co Ltd kepada Perseroan terkait dengan beberapa
tagihan pembelian atau utang Perseroan kepada Nam Phong
Industry Co Ltd yang belum terselesaikan pembayarannya.
Nilai gugatan yang diajukan oleh Nam Phong Industry Co Ltd
senilai USD 123.774,48 atau senilai Rp1.921.722.576 dengan
Kurs sebesar Rp 15.526 (Kurs Tengah BI per 30 September
2023) jika dibandingkan dengan Total Aset Perseroan per 30
September 2023 sebesar Rp643.066.253.205 maka nilai
gugatan tersebut sebesar 0,30%.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai saat ini belum ada dampak atas gugatan PKPU
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

Facts Industry Co Ltd against the Company is related to several
purchase bills or debts of the Company to Nam Phong Industry
Co Ltd whose payments have not been resolved. The value of
the lawsuit filed by Nam Phong Industry Co Ltd is USD
123,774.48 or IDR 1,921,722,576 with an exchange rate of
IDR 15,526 (BI Middle Rate as of 30 September 2023) when
compared with the Company's Total Assets as of 30
September 2023 of IDR 643,066,253 .205, then the value of
the claim is 0.30%.
