(“PJBL”). Jangka waktu dari PJBL tersebut adalah
25 tahun. PJBL ini masih bersifat non-efektif dan
akan berlaku efektif pada saat Perseroan, melalui
anak perusahaan terkendalinya, dan PLN
Nusantara Power telah membentuk suatu
perusahaan patungan, di mana seluruh hak dan
kewajiban Perseroan di dalam PJBL ini akan
dialihkan ke perusahaan patungan tersebut.
On 12 February 2024, the Company, together with
PT PLN Nusantara Power ("PLN NP") as a
consortium, has signed a Power Purchase
Agreement with PLN Batam and PLN Nusantara
Power for Tembesi's Floating Solar Photovoltaic
Power Plant 46 MWp (“PPA”). Period of this PPA
is 25 years. This PPA is non-effective and will
become effective when the Company, through its
controlled subsidiary, and PLN Nusantara Power
established a joint venture company, where all of
the Company's rights and obligations will be
assigned to such joint venture company.

Penandatanganan PJBL ini akan memberikan
kontribusi positif kepada kegiatan operasional,
kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan. Tindakan Perseroan untuk
menandatangani PJBL ini merupakan salah satu
upaya Perseroan secara grup untuk melakukan
pengembangan usaha dalam sektor kegiatan usaha
ramah lingkungan, sejalan dengan tujuan untuk
mencapai target netralitas karbon di tahun 2030.
Secara jangka panjang, penandatanganan PJBL ini
akan memperkuat kondisi keuangan Perseroan.
Signing of PPA will give positive impact to the
operational activities, financial condition as well as
the business continuity of the Company. The
execution of PPA by the Company is part of its efforts
as a group to expand its green business sector, in line
with its vision to achieve its carbon neutral goal in
2030. In the long run, execution of this PPA will
eventually strengthen the Company's financial
condition.
