Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT United Tractors Tbk (“UNTR”) pada tanggal 20 April 2026
tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan UNTR pada tanggal 16 April 2026, UNTR menyampaikan rencana pembagian Dividen
Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2025 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

Mohon menjadi perhatian bahwa penyesuaian mungkin tidak akan dilakukan apabila berdasarkan
kebijaksanaan Penerbit dan tanpa batasan, dan tanpa kewajiban apa pun kepada para Pemegang
Waran Terstruktur, tidak adanya penyesuaian dianggap tepat oleh Penerbit.

Referring to disclosure of information of PT United Tractors Tbk (“UNTR”) dated 20 April 2026, related
to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
of UNTR dated 16 April 2026, has resolved, UNTR had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the
fiscal year 2022, which will be paid as follows:

is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.

Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
