KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI
PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk (“Perseroan”) bersama ini menginformasikan bahwa
fasilitas Banggai Ammonia Plant (“BAP”) yang dioperasikan oleh PT Panca Amara Utama, anak
usaha Perseroan, akan melaksanakan penghentian operasional sementara untuk pemeliharaan
terjadwal (pre-scheduled plant maintenance) yang dijadwalkan berlangsung selama sekitar 5
minggu, mulai tanggal 6 Mei 2026.
Kegiatan pemeliharaan terjadwal yang dilakukan Perseroan merupakan bagian dari komitmen
Perseroan untuk menjaga untuk menjaga keandalan dan kinerja optimal fasilitas produksi,
meskipun kegiatan pemeliharaan tersebut akan berdampak pada penurunan produksi
amoniak. Rencana pemeliharaan terjadwal ini juga sejalan dengan yang sebelumnya telah
disampaikan dalam Public Expose dan RUPS Tahunan Perseroan Tahun 2025.
BAP adalah salah satu fasilitas Pabrik Amoniak paling efisien di dunia yang menggunakan KBR
Reforming Exchanger System & Purifier Technology. Pemeliharaan terjadwal ini diharapkan
dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja dan keandalan operasional BAP di masa mendatang.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”) hereby informs that the Banggai
Ammonia Plant (“BAP”), operated by PT Panca Amara Utama, a subsidiary of the Company, will
undergo a temporary operational shutdown for pre-scheduled plant maintenance, which is
scheduled to take place for approximately five (5) weeks, starting from 6 May 2026.
The scheduled maintenance is part of the Company’s commitment to maintaining the
reliability and optimal performance of its production facilities, although this maintenance
activity will result in a temporary reduction in ammonia production. This scheduled
maintenance activity is also in line with what has previously been disclosed in the Company’s
2025 Public Expose and Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
BAP is one of the most efficient ammonia plants in the world, utilizing KBR Reforming
Exchanger System & Purifier Technology. This scheduled maintenance is expected to support
improvements of BAP’s operational performance and reliability going forward.
