Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sebagai tindak lanjut dari Keterbukaan Informasi yang
diumumkan Perseroan pada tanggal 31 Desember 2025
terkait dengan upaya-upaya untuk memenuhi ketentuan V.1.1
dan/atau ketentuan V.1.2 Peraturan BEI No.1-A (Ketentuan
Free Float), berikut disampaikan bahwa sampai dengan saat
ini Perseroan masih terus menjajaki upaya terbaik untuk
memenuhi ketentuan Free Float
Namun dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa sampai saat ini
Perseroan telah melakukan pendekatan dengan beberapa
Investor yang belum membuahkan kesepakatan, Perseroan
dan pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan masih
memerlukan waktu dan upaya yang paling tepat bagi
Perseroan.
Dalam hal Perseroan telah menemukan cara terbaik yang
dianggap tepat dalam memenuhi ketentuan Free Float, maka
Perseroan akan segera menyampaikan informasi tersebut
dengan penjelasan detail kepada seluruh pemangku
kepentingan, terutama OJK, BEI dan Publik
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Development of the recovery plan for conditions that caused

Description of Material Information or As a follow-up to the Information Disclosure announced by the
Facts Company on December 31, 2025, regarding efforts to comply
with the provisions of V.1.1 and/or V.1.2 of the IDX Regulation
No.1-A (Free Float Provisions), it is hereby stated that up to
this time the Company is still exploring the best efforts to meet
the Free Float provisions.
However, considering that up to this time the Company has
approached several Investors which has not resulted in an
agreement, the Company and the Company's controlling
shareholders still require time and the most appropriate effort
for the Company.
If the Company finds the best way that is deemed appropriate
in fulfilling the Free Float provisions, the Company will
immediately provide that information with detailed explanations
to all stakeholders, especially the OJK, IDX, and the Public.
