EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

(the “Company”)
The Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces an amendment to the Notice of
the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (the “Meeting”) dated
April 24, 2026, in relation to the change of the Meeting venue, which was previously to be

to be changed to:

Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) 8 Lot 28, Senayan
Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta 12190, Indonesia
All other provisions set out in the Notice of the Meeting dated April 2, 2026, remain
unchanged and in full force.
