Pengumuman ini dibuat dan ditujukan dalam rangka memenuhi kewajiban PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia
selaku Penerbit Waran Terstruktur (“Perseroan”) sesuai Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
8/POJK.04/2021 Tentang Waran terstruktur dan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No.
Kep-00018/BEI/04-2022 Perihal Peraturan Nomor I-P tentang Pencatatan Waran Terstruktur Di Bursa.
Sehubungan dengan adanya Keputusan Sirkular Para Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada tanggal 31 Januari
2024 yang dituangkan dalam Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Para Pemegang Saham No. 07 tertanggal 02
Februari 2024, yang dibuat di hadapan Yulia, S.H, Notaris di Jakarta Selatan, yang telah diberitahukan
kepada Kemenkumham berdasarkan Surat Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan Data Perseroan No.
AHU-AH.01.09-0051508 tertanggal 05 Februari 2024, yang telah didaftarkan di Daftar Perseroan dengan
No. AHU-0026760.AH.01.11.TAHUN 2024 Tanggal 05 Februari 2024, para pemegang saham Perseroan
memutuskan susunan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan yang baru adalah sebagai berikut:

This announcement was made and aimed at fulfilling the obligations of PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia as the
Issuer of Structured Warrants (the “Company”) in accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation
No. 8/POJK.04/2021 Concerning Structured Warrants and Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. Kep-00018/BEI/04-2022 Regarding Regulation Number I-P concerning the Listing of
Structured Warrants on the Exchange.
In connection with the Circular Decision of the Company's Shareholders on January 31, 2024 as set forth in
the Deedof Statement of Shareholders' Decision No. 07 dated February 02, 2024, which was made before
Yulia, S.H,Notary in South Jakarta, which has been notified to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights based
on the Company Data Change Notification Acceptance Letter No. AHU-AH.01.09-0051508 dated February
5, 2024, which has been registered in the Company Register with No. AHU-0026760.AH.01.11.TAHUN
2024 On February 05, 2024, the Company's shareholders determine the composition of the new Company's
