On August 14, 2026, the Company received a letter Of resignation from Mr. I Gusti Ngurah Askhara Danadiputra from his position as the Company 's President Director. This resignation will take effect upon approval at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGM”), which will be convened to address the agenda item regarding changes to the Company 's management structure, we will provide Jurther details regarding the timing of this meeting. Until the aforementioned EGM, the management and administration of the Company will continue to be carried out by the Board of Directors, in | accordance with the provisions of the Company 's | Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations.
