(PT BFI) selaku Entitas Induk dari PT Finansial Integrasi Teknologi (PT FIT), telah menerima informasi dari PT FIT bahwa Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) telah PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk BFI Tower, Sunburst CBD Lot.1.2 Jl. menyampaikan surat Nomor S-9/D.06/2026 tertanggal 13 Agustus 2026 tentang Persetujuan Rencana Pencabutan Izin Usaha Berdasarkan Permintaan Sendiri PT FIT. Sebagai tindak lanjut atas persetujuan tersebut, PT FIT akan melaksanakan kewajiban yang diatur dalam POJK No. 40 Tahun 2024 tentang Layanan Pendanaan Bersama Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (POJK LPBBTI) pasal 94 dan pasal $5 antara lain menghentikan seluruh kegiatan usaha, mengumumkan rencana penghentian kegiatan usaha dan rencana penyelesaian kewajiban dalam surat kabar harian, menyelesaikan seluruh hak dan kewajiban, menunjuk akuntan publik untuk melakukan audit. / On August 19 2026, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. (PT BFI) as the Parent Entity of PT Financial Integration Technology (PT FIT), has received information from PT FIT that the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has submitted letter Number S-9/D.06/2026 dated 13 August 2026 concerning Approval of the Plan to Revoke Business Licenses Based on PT FIT's Own Reguest.
