Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti surat PT Pelat Timah Nusantara, Tbk., Nomor
HM.01.00/0308/2000/2026 tanggal 10 April 2026 perihal
Jadwal Pembagian Dividen, bersama ini kami informasikan
kurs konversi pembagian Dividen Tunai Tahun Buku 2025
yang mengacu pada kurs tengah Bank Indonesia tanggal 20
April 2026 adalah sebesar Rp17.189,-/USD.
Dengan demikian nilai dividen per saham adalah Rp 1,99392
(satu koma sembilan sembilan tiga sembilan dua Rupiah)
sehingga jumlah keseluruhan Dividen Tunai yang akan
dibagikan Perseroan dalam mata uang Rupiah adalah sebesar
Rp5.031.375.001 (lima miliar tiga puluh satu juta tiga ratus
tujuh puluh lima ribu satu Rupiah) untuk 2.523.350.000 lembar
saham.

Description of Material Information or Further to the letter of PT Pelat Timah Nusantara Tbk No.
Facts HM.01.00/0308/2000/2026 dated April 10, 2026 regarding the
Dividend Distribution Schedule, we hereby inform you that the
exchange rate used for the cash dividend distribution for Fiscal
Year 2025, referring to the middle rate of Bank Indonesia as of
April 20, 2026, is IDR 17,189 per USD.
Accordingly, the dividend per share is IDR 1.99392 (one point
nine nine three nine two Rupiah), resulting in a total cash
dividend to be distributed by the Company in Rupiah
amounting to IDR 5,031,375,001 (five billion thirty one million
three hundred seventy five thousand and one Rupiah) for
2,523,350,000 shares.
