Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan surat pemberitahuan penutupan operasional
Nomor 2866/MKT/CP-PL/VII/2026 tanggal 21 Juli 2026 yang
telah ditandatangani oleh Perseroan dengan PT Citraciti
Pacific, Perseroan memutuskan untuk melakukan penutupan
secara permanen bioskop CGV Studio Pekanbaru yang
berlokasi di Kota Pekanbaru.
Penutupan secara permanen atas lokasi bioskop tersebut
merupakan tindak lanjut atas keputusan PT Citraciti Pacific
selaku pengelola Plaza Citra Pekanbaru, berdasarkan
berbagai pertimbangan internal, termasuk pertimbangan yang
berkaitan dengan aspek bisnis dan operasional pengelolaan
Plaza Citra Pekanbaru.

Facts 2866/MKT/CP-PL/VII/2026 dated July 21, 2026, which was
signed by the Company with PT Citraciti Pacific, the Company
decided to Permanently Close of the CGV Cinema at Studio
Pekanbaru, located in Pekanbaru City.
The permanent closure of the cinema location was carried out
as a follow-up to the decision of PT Citraciti Pacific, as the
operator for Plaza Citra Pekanbaru, based on various internal
considerations relating to the management of the Plaza Citra
Pekanbaru, including considerations pertaining to its business
and operational aspects.
