      31 Juli 2026 perihal Informasi terkait Pembayaran Pokok, Bunga Obligasi dan Pendapatan Bagi Hasil
      Sukuk Mudharabah PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (“Perseroan”).
   2. Surat PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) nomor KSEI-5989/DIR/0826 tanggal
      14 Agustus 2026 perihal Penundaan Pembayaran Bunga OBLIGASI dan Pendapatan Bagi Hasil
      SUKUK MUDHARABAH BERKELANJUTAN II WIJAYA KARYA TAHAP II TAHUN 2022
      (WIKA02ACN2, WIKA02BCN2, WIKA02CCN2, SMWIKA02CCN2) Ke-18, (SMWIKA02ACN2)
      ke-14.

   Perseroan telah menunda pembayaran bunga Obligasi dan pendapatan bagi hasil Sukuk Mudharabah yang
   dijadwalkan pada 18 Agustus 2026 sebagai berikut:
   1. Bunga ke-18 Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Wijaya Karya Tahap II Tahun 2022 Seri A (WIKA02ACN2).
   2. Bunga ke-18 Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Wijaya Karya Tahap II Tahun 2022 Seri B (WIKA02BCN2).
   3. Bunga ke-18 Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Wijaya Karya Tahap II Tahun 2022 Seri C (WIKA02CCN2).
   4. Pendapatan bagi hasil ke-14 Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Wijaya Karya Tahap II Tahun 2022
       Seri A (SMWIKA02ACN2).
   5. Pendapatan bagi hasil ke-18 Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Wijaya Karya Tahap II Tahun 2022
       Seri B (SMWIKA02BCN2).
   6. Pendapatan bagi hasil ke-18 Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan II Wijaya Karya Tahap II Tahun 2022
       Seri C (SMWIKA02CCN2).

   Atas penundaan pembayaran tersebut, mengindikasikan adanya permasalahan pada kelangsungan usaha
   Perseroan.

   Dengan mempertimbangkan hal tersebut, Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bursa) memutuskan untuk melanjutkan
   penghentian sementara (Suspensi) Perdagangan Efek PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) di Seluruh
   Pasar hingga pengumuman Bursa lebih lanjut.

   Bursa meminta kepada pihak-pihak terkait untuk selalu memperhatikan keterbukaan informasi yang
   disampaikan oleh Perseroan.

   In accordance with:
   1. Letter of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (the "Company") No. SE.01.00/A.CORSEC.00239/2026
       dated July 31, 2026, regarding Information on the Payment of Bond Principal, Bond Interest, and
       Profit-Sharing Income of the Company's Mudharabah Sukuk.
   2. Letter of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) No. KSEI-5989/DIR/0826 dated
       August 14, 2026, regarding the Postponement of Payment of BOND Interest and SHELF
       REGISTRATION SUKUK MUDHARABAH II WIJAYA KARYA PHASE II YEAR 2022
       Profit-Sharing Income (WIKA02ACN2, WIKA02BCN2, WIKA02CCN2, SMWIKA02CCN2) 18th,
       (SMWIKA02ACN2) 14th.

   The Company has postponed the payment of Bond interest and Mudharabah Sukuk profit-sharing income
   originally scheduled for August 18, 2026, as follows:
   1. The 18th Interest of the Shelf Registration Bond II Wijaya Karya Phase II Year 2022 Series A
       (WIKA02ACN2).
   2. The 18th Interest of the Shelf Registration Bond II Wijaya Karya Phase II Year 2022 Series B
       (WIKA02BCN2).
   3. The 18th Interest of the Shelf Registration Bond II Wijaya Karya Phase II Year 2022 Series C
       (WIKA02CCN2).
   4. The 14th Profit-Sharing Income of the Shelf Registration Sukuk Mudharabah II Wijaya Karya Phase
       II Year 2022 Series A (SMWIKA02ACN2).
   5. The 18th Profit-Sharing Income of the Shelf Registration Sukuk Mudharabah II Wijaya Karya Phase
       II Year 2022 Series B (SMWIKA02BCN2).
   6. The 18th Profit-Sharing Income of the Shelf Registration Sukuk Mudharabah II Wijaya Karya Phase
       II Year 2022 Series C (SMWIKA02CCN2).

   The postponement of the interest and profit-sharing payments indicates potential issues relating to the
   Company's going concern.

   Taking the above into consideration, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") has decided to
   continue the suspension of trading in the securities of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) in all market
   until further notice from the Exchange.
