Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 02 Februari 2024 - Bluebird, BRI Finance dan Volta,
entitas anak PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX: NFCX), MCASH
Group, mengumumkan kemitraan strategis melalui program
kepemilikan sepeda motor listrik bagi pengemudi Bluebird.
Kemitraan ini merupakan dukungan terhadap nilai
keberlanjutan yang diharapkan dapat membentuk perilaku
pengemudi agar lebih ramah lingkungan. Seremoni acara
dilakukan oleh Adrianto Djokosoetono - Direktur Utama PT
Blue Bird Tbk, Okie Octavia Kurniawan - CEO Volta Indonesia,
dan Primartono Gunawan - Direktur Bisnis BRI Finance di
kantor pusat Bluebird, Mampang, Jakarta Selatan pada 2
Februari 2024.
Melalui program ini, pengemudi dan karyawan Bluebird
berkesempatan membeli sepeda motor listrik Volta yang
dibanderol mulai Rp9,95 juta dengan cicilan ringan hingga 24
bulan dari BRI Finance. Sehingga menghemat biaya awal
kepemilikan dan mengurangi beban finansial berlebihan.
Pembiayaan untuk membeli sepeda motor listrik yang
diberikan BRI Finance merupakan konsep Green Financing
yang ditujukan untuk mendukung akses masyarakat terhadap
kendaraan ramah lingkungan sehingga turut berkontribusi
pada program Pemerintah dalam mendukung Net Zero
Emission tahun 2060.
Menurut Adrianto Djokosoetono, kerja sama ini adalah bagian
dari Visi Keberlanjutan Bluebird untuk menciptakan masa
depan yang lebih baik melalui pilar BlueLife dan BlueSky.
Bluebird memiliki kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dan
kesejahteraan sosial. Setelah mengadopsi taksi listrik pada
2019, komitmen menciptakan langit biru kami perkuat dengan
mengajak pengemudi untuk berkontribusi terhadap lingkungan
dengan menggunakan sepeda motor listrik sebagai
transportasi dari rumah ke tempat kerja atau sebaliknya. Untuk
itu, kami menggandeng mitra strategis yang memiliki produk
berkualitas dan pembiayaan yang memudahkan. Dengan
begitu, melalui program ini kami menjalankan pilar BlueLife
dan BlueSky sekaligus.
Keterlibatan BRI Finance dalam memberikan fasilitas
pembiayaan kendaraan listrik yang berfokus pada
keberlanjutan memperkuat komitmen bersama dalam
menciptakan dampak positif bagi lingkungan. BRI Finance
berkomitmen untuk mendukung program-program
berkelanjutan, termasuk program kepemilikan sepeda motor
listrik ini dengan konsep Green Financing. Kami percaya
bahwa langkah-langkah inovatif seperti ini akan membawa
perubahan positif dalam industri transportasi, menciptakan
lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan berkelanjutan, kata
Primartono Gunawan.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, February 2, 2024 - Bluebird, BRI Finance, and Volta,
Facts a subsidiary of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX: NFCX), MCASH
Group, announced a strategic partnership through an electric
motorcycle ownership program for Bluebird drivers. This
partnership supports the value of sustainability and aims to
encourage environmentally friendly behaviors among drivers.
The announcement ceremony was held at the Bluebird
headquarters in Mampang, South Jakarta on February 2,
2024, and attended by Adrianto Djokosoetono - CEO of PT
Blue Bird Tbk, Okie Octavia Kurniawan - CEO of Volta
Indonesia, and Primartono Gunawan - Business Director of
BRI Finance.
Through this program, Bluebird drivers and employees have
the opportunity to purchase Volta electric motorcycles starting
from Rp9.95 million with easy installments for up to 24 months
through BRI Finance. This allows them to save on initial
ownership costs and reduce concerns of excessive financial
burdens. The financing provided by BRI Finance for the
purchase of electric motorcycles is part of their Green
Financing concept aimed at supporting public access to
environmentally friendly vehicles, thereby contributing to the
Government's efforts to support Net Zero Emissions by 2060.
According to Adrianto Djokosoetono, this collaboration is part
of Bluebird's Sustainability Vision to create a better future
through its BlueLife and BlueSky pillars. "Bluebird is committed
to the environment and social welfare. After adopting electric
taxis in 2019, we strengthen our commitment to creating a blue
sky by encouraging drivers to contribute to the environment by
using electric motorcycles as transportation from home to work
or vice versa. To do this, we have collaborated with strategic
partners who offer quality products and easy financing options.
Through this program, we are promoting both our BlueLife and
BlueSky pillars.
BRI Finances involvement in providing financing plans for
electric vehicles with a focus on sustainability strengthens the
shared commitment of all 3 parties to creating a positive
impact on the environment. "BRI Finance is committed to
supporting sustainable programs, including this electric
motorcycle ownership program with the concept of Green
Financing. We believe that innovative steps like this will bring
positive changes in the transportation industry, creating a
