Pendirian IPR tersebut telah dinyatakan dalam Akta Pendirian
No. 03 tertanggal 30 Januari 2024 yang dibuat di hadapan
Melyana Trisnawati, S.H., M.Kn. Notaris di Jember dan telah
mendapatkan pengesahan sebagai badan hukum oleh Menteri
Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik melalui Surat
Keputusan No. AHU-00595.AH.02.01.TAHUN 2018 tanggal 07
Desember 2018.
IPR didirikan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan
performa bisnis dari PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk.
Keterangan mengenai struktur kepemilikan modal IPR adalah
sebagai berikut :
PT. Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk. Rp. 5.100.000,000,- (51%)
Sena Mills Refineries Exports (Private) Rp. 4.900.000.000,-
(49%)
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendirian anak perusahaan antara Perseroan dan Sena Mills
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Refineries Exports (Private) (SMRE) merupakan kelanjutan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dari langkah Perseroan untuk mengembangkan dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau meningkatkan pendapatan Perseroan.

Perkasa Refineries (IPR).
The establishment of IPR has been stated in the Deed of
Establishment No. 03 dated 30 January 2024 made in the
presence of Melyana Trisnawati, S.H., M.Kn. Notary in Jember
and has received approval as a legal entity by the Minister of
Law and Human Rights of the Republic through Decree No.
AHU-00595.AH.02.01.TAHUN 2018 dated 07 December 2018.
IPR was founded to develop and improve the business
performance of PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk.
Information regarding IPR's capital ownership structure is as
follows:

Sena Mills Refineries Exports (Private) Rp. 4,900,000,000,-
