Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material
Banjarmasin, 1 Februari 2024
Kota Banjarmasin telah mengaktifkan Layanan Panggilan
Darurat 112, guna memenuhi kewajiban sesuai Peraturan
Menteri Kominfo RI Nomor 10 Tahun 2016 tentang Layanan
Nomor Tunggal Panggilan Darurat. Acara launching ini,
dihadiri juga oleh Walikota Banjarmasin, H. Ibnu Sina,
Kapolresta Banjarmasin, Ketua Subdit Kerja layanan 112
Kominfo RI, Direktur Komersial Sri Akhadah PT Jasnita
Telekomindo Tbk.
Layanan Panggilan Darurat 112, merupakan wujud
implementasi Smart City melalui pilar Smart Government.
Dalam layanan ini, Pemerintah hadir melayani Masyarakat
dalam kondisi kedaruratan, yang berbasis elektronik.
Selain itu, layanan ini merupakan wujud dari pilar Smart Living,
karena Masyarakat akan semakin cerdas dalam kondisi
darurat, dengan menelpon 112.
Nomor Panggilan Darurat 112 juga telah terintegrasi ke nomor
kedaruratan lainnya, seperti 118/119 ambulance, 115 untuk
Basarnas, 129 untuk posko bencana alam, dll. Laporan
kedaruratan akan diterima oleh Agent 112 dan diproses dan
diteruskan untuk pengambilan tindakan oleh instansi terkait.
Dengan adanya 112, masyarakat dapat meminta bantuan
meskipun berada di area yang terisolasi, karena bebas pulsa
dan dapat dilakukan meskipun tidak ada sim card, atau
provider sedang dalam gangguan.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Ibu Sri Akhadah, selaku Direktur
Komersial PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. menyampaikan
harapan bahwa layanan 112 ini dapat menjadi nilai tambah
bagi pariwisata dan MICE bagi Kota Banjarmasin. JAST
berkomitmen melayani Banjarmasin 7x24 jam, dan
berkomitmen dalam mengembangkan aplikasi dan layanan
yang dimiliki oleh Banjarmasin.

Type of Material Information or Facts 112 Emergency Call Service
Description of Material Information or The City of Banjarmasin has activated the 112 Emergency Call
Facts Service, in order to fulfill obligations in accordance with the
Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information
of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2016 concerning
Single Number Emergency Call Services. This launching event
was also attended by the Mayor of Banjarmasin, H. Ibnu Sina,
the Head of the Banjarmasin Police, the Chair of the 112
Communications and Information Services Sub-Directorate of
the Republic of Indonesia, the Commercial Director of Sri
Akhadah PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk.
The 112 Emergency Call Service is a form of Smart City
implementation through the Smart Government pillar. In this
service, the Government is present to serve the community in
emergency conditions, on an electronic basis. Apart from that,
this service is a manifestation of the Smart Living pillar,
because people will be smarter in emergency situations, by
calling 112.
Emergency Call Number 112 has also been integrated into
other emergency numbers, such as 118/119 ambulance, 115
for Basarnas, 129 for natural disaster posts, etc. Emergency
reports will be received by Agent 112 and processed and
forwarded for action by the relevant agencies. With 112,
people can ask for help even if they are in an isolated area,
because it is toll-free and can be done even if they don't have
a SIM card, or the provider is down.
On this occasion, Mrs. Sri Akhadah, as Commercial Director of
PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. expressed the hope that this 112
service could be an added value for tourism and MICE for the
City of Banjarmasin. JAST is committed to serving
Banjarmasin 7x24 hours, and is committed to developing
applications and services owned by Banjarmasin.
